How do I check availability/book?

Here, you can check if your preferred date & time is available.
We require a non refundable deposit of £50 to secure your booking which is payable online. Your remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the party commencing along with the final number of guests attending.
Our team will be in touch again around this time to reconfirm the details & and to collect payment via bank transfer.
We do not accept the balance on the day of the party.
We operate a strict first come first served policy so don't leave it too late to secure your party as we take bookings months in advance. Our friendly team will endeavour to be in touch via phone or email within 72 hours of the deposit being paid to reconfirm your booking, have a chat with you, discuss any extras you may wish to add and arrange emailing your complimentary digital invites should you require them.
Where is the Party Pavilion?
489 Rice Lane, L9 8AP.
We are just by Joey Orrs pub behind a big yellow bus stop so you simply cannot miss us. We have brilliant transport links as we are situated directly between Orrell Park & Rice Lane train stations. We don't have a designated parking area but we have side roads which don't require a permit.
How early can we arrive?
No earlier than 10 minutes before the party starts to bring your cake. There simply is nothing you need to do. We politely ask that everybody is vacated off the premises 10 minutes after it is finished. You don't have to clear up but we have a very minimal window before the next party or event of the day.
Is food/drink included?
The children receive a popcorn snack & enjoy our ice cream decorating session with sweety toppings. Please do let us know at least 48hrs prior to the party of any dietary requirements. We have a dairy free ice cream option should anyone require it. The kids are offered juice or water during their cup craft session & you are welcome to bring any light snacks such as crisps, biscuits or cupcakes. Adults have a complimentary self service hot drink area for a cuppa.
What if my preferred date or time is not available?
Check our calendar for other dates, times or packages. You can call us anytime on 0151 521 1244 and we will always be happy to assist you with booking an alternative.
Can I swap packages after a deposit is paid?
Of course! As long as its still a party at our Pavilion you can swap. Trust us - we know kids change their minds all the time. The main thing is to pick your favourite party and lock the date in. You can always swap until 1 week before the party when the balance is due. If you have upgraded to a theme and choose the character option then please let us know as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the mascot will be available if the notice is too late.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are none refundable only transferable should our availability permit & at Glitterarti Parties discretion. You can find our policy HERE
Can I pay for extra kids on the day?
We know grownups don't always RSVP right away invites get lost in school bags. If you do require more children at the party, these must be paid for via transfer of cash before the party ends.
